Cheats Ice Cream Cake

This ice cream cake is perfect if 1) you don’t have too much time and 2) its super warm out! Its a cheats ice cream cake that can be adjusted depending on whatever you have or like!

Cost per person: approx. $8 plus additions (approx)
Prep time: 5 minutes + chilling

Ingredients

500mL (one bottle) cream

1 can sweetened condensed milk (400g)


Any additions you want: I like chocolate and coconut, but use whatever you like!


Method

  1. Whip together cream and sweetened condensed milk until thick!

  2. Fold through any toppings

  3. Pour into a cake pan that is lined with plastic wrap or baking paper.

  4. Set in the freezer overnight.

  5. Take out of the freezer for 10 minutes before serving.
